1. Parties and purpose

2. Scope of work
Northstar Studio must deliver a home page, menu page, about page, contact page, and accessibility statement. Acme Bakery must provide final text and approved photographs.
3. Dates that matter
The agreement starts September 15, 2026. Acme Bakery must provide content by September 22, 2026. Northstar Studio must deliver the first draft by October 6, 2026. Final delivery is due October 20, 2026.
4. Payment
The fictional project fee is $1,500. Acme Bakery must pay $750 when the agreement begins and $750 after accepting the final website.
5. Changes and cancellation
Work outside the listed scope requires written approval before it begins. Either party may cancel with seven days written notice. Acme Bakery must pay for approved work completed before cancellation.
