Which one?
UDS = exact final state
Use a UDS when the exact final version matters and should not be silently overwritten.
What staff need to know
No app. No training. No workflow overhaul. The browser-openable version works in a normal browser, and nobody is required to use UD if they do not want to.
How to try it
When a document is about to move, send the ordinary source document to Sonny or tell him what is about to be sent. He will prepare the appropriate UD version and help with the first matter.
PDFs can still be used whenever a court, client, opposing counsel, filing system, or other requirement calls for one.
