If it changes later
The signed UDS is never overwritten. Start an amendment as a new living UDR.
Suitable Founder Pilot agreements
Ordinary NDAs, consulting and vendor agreements, engagement letters, board consents, and other straightforward business agreements whose signing requirements fit the documented ceremony.
Not represented as supported
Wills, deeds, notarizations, real-estate transfers, court filings, regulated forms, or any transaction requiring a qualified witness, trusted timestamp, verified identity, production organizational key, or jurisdiction-specific formality unless separately reviewed and expressly accepted.
