Ask for the document as UD.
If a document is still changing, ask for a UDR. If the exact final state matters, ask for a UDS. A browser-ready version can be sent alongside it so you do not need to install an app just to read it.

Please send this as a Universal Document too. UDR if it is still changing; UDS if this is the exact final state. A browser-openable version is fine.
Why ask?
The goal is not to ban PDF. It is to preserve useful structure, state and lineage when the document moves between people and systems.
