UDR

A revisable document. When policy permits, editing creates a new revision and preserves prior history.

DEEP BLUE · SEALED

A selected final state with integrity evidence. Ordinary editing is unavailable; amendment derives a new UDR.

.udr.html and .uds.html are self-contained human-sharing forms that open in an ordinary browser without UD software.

.udr and .uds are the canonical machine/Desktop forms. The free Desktop integration is optional.

PDF remains available as a compatibility export when a fixed page is required. A PDF derivative is not silently treated as canonical UD identity.

Create → UDR → Revise → Seal → UDS → Verify. If the final state needs a change, create an amendment UDR and preserve the sealed source.
