Why Are Documents Still Dumb in the AI Age?

What UD does not claim
UD does not claim that every Reader contains an AI, that every answer is correct, or that documents upload themselves to a cloud service. Conversation policy, citations, processing location, and allowed reference sources must remain explicit.
