The Lease
A living negotiation with a sealed final state
A fictional commercial lease begins as a revisable UDR. Clauses and obligations are represented as structured blocks, and each accepted edit appends a new revision with a link to its parent.
The parties can compare versions and identify which revision they intend to finalize. The selected final state can become a UDS without rewriting the negotiation history.
A Validator can check whether protected content still matches its integrity evidence. That check does not, by itself, prove signer identity, establish trusted time, or guarantee legal effect.
