From agreement to portable proof in three minutes.

This walkthrough shows the production Founder Pilot’s actual architecture using controlled demo data. Identity, trusted timestamps and independent witnesses are not implied.

  1. 1

Start with an ordinary agreement as a living UDR.

  2. 2

Revise it while preserving the selected lineage.

  3. 3

Request signatures and choose sequential or parallel routing.

  4. 4

Signer reviews the exact canonical revision and hash.

  5. 5

Signer gives electronic-record consent and explicit intent to sign.

  6. 6

Each remaining required signer adopts that same exact hash.

  7. 7

Completion creates a sealed UDS with native Signing Evidence.

  8. 8

Verify integrity; altering the completed UDS fails verification.

  9. 9

Start an amendment as a new UDR without changing the signed UDS.

  10. 10

Print compatibility PDF copies when an existing system requires them.

Why isn't a signed agreement normally built this way?

The common e-signing model keeps much of the workflow evidence around a PDF transaction. UD Sign makes the completed UDS carry portable evidence about its exact signed state and prior living-document lineage.
