How can you track changes in a ClinicalTrials.gov record?
Change tracking requires preserved observations from different retrieval times, compared deterministically without rewriting the earlier state.
What does a trustworthy change observation require?A baseline, a later retrieval, normalized field comparison and the evidence needed to inspect both states. A difference is an observed change—not proof of why it changed.
